2 Month Programme
This programme provides one on one coaching with candidates, assisting them with the challenges of losing their job, determining their next career opportunity and importantly coaching in job search.
This programme is ideal for candidates who are skilled and experienced and have an overview of their career path.
3 Month Programme
This programme is suited to candidates who require the one on one support from the day of exit through to acquiring their new role.
The programme provides the tools and knowledge to define transferrable skills, identify new industries or roles, CV preparation and importantly coaching for job search. This programme provides coaching for candidate's LinkedIn profile and importantly the skills and knowledge to tap into the "hidden" job market.
6 Month Programme
This programme is suited to executives and senior managers who you are letting go from your business. The one on one coaching is targeted at the senior executive and provides the knowledge and skills to secure senior roles.
This programme also supports candidates into their new roles, ensuring the role meets their expectations. Senior managers often aren't experienced in the job market therefore learning how to secure management roles is essential to securing their next role.

Career Forward provides consultancy services to assist companies in the preparation for redundancies, providing assistance on the day of notice and guidance on how to inform the remaining staff to minimise business distruption.
